Here is how the process works:

Potential customer registers on the site.
While registering, the user will select the cellular provider that they are currently with.
Upon completing registration, the registered user will go to the browsing page and will have an opportunity to select the cellular service provider that they would prefer to have.
The website will then pair or match all users with the same likes and dislikes of which service provider they would prefer, that are also willing to swap.
The website will generate automatic emails and auto-notifications whenever someone new has joined the site matching the criteria that they are looking for.
Once an email is received the user logs into the site to send the email contacting one of the individuals interested in making the swap.
Both users can communicate and when they have made an agreement to swap, they can either do it over the phone with each cellular provider, or meet in person.
When they have completed the swap they will log into their accounts and indicate who their current service provider is.
Each user is now available to make another swap if they choose.
